  • “ I was very happy with their service and the outcome of my case and would recommend Hasty Pope to any one seeking legal advice”

I first met Jon Pope after my son had an unfortunate accident several years ago so when I was injured in an auto accident he was the person I turned to for advice. He and his assistant Abigale were by my side the entire time explaining the process and what to expect in the weeks to come. I was very happy with their service and the outcome of my case and would recommend Hasty Pope to any one seeking legal advice.

  • “He made me feel very comfortable and made the process a lot easier! Would highly recommend to any and everyone!!”

I was involved in a car wreck and got hurt. We went to Dustin Davies and he made sure I was taken care of. He made me feel very comfortable and made the process a lot easier! Would highly recommend to any and everyone!!

  • “I would definitely use this team again and highly recommend them to others.”

I would definitely use this team again and highly recommend them to others.

  • “It is such a great feeling knowing I have the best team, and would recommend them to anyone needing perfection!”

As wonderful as this country is, there is one fact that is a bit disturbing….we have a legal system, not a justice system. Thank you Tom Pope III for helping me with my journey and keeping justice in the forefront! Tom and his team have been there to inform, educate, and fight for me. It is such a great feeling knowing I have the best team, and would recommend them to anyone needing perfection!

We Have The Answers You're Looking For

  • Who will be held accountable for my accident?

If you were injured in an accident caused by no fault of your own, or if a loved one has been wrongfully killed due to another party’s negligent or reckless behavior, then you could be eligible to file a claim and pursue financial compensation under your State’s personal injury laws. Different parties can be held responsible for an accident that resulted in injury, including individuals (like a reckless driver) or a corporate entity (such as a corporation or agency).

  • What is liability and what does it prove?

In order to pursue a claim under your State’s personal injury laws, you will most likely need to prove “liability.” Liability simply refers to the at-fault party involved in the accident. Once a liable party has been identified, it will be responsible for covering the damages that resulted from the accident. Determining liability, however, can be a complex process and will often hinge on proving “negligence.”

  • What is negligence and what does it prove?

In addition to identifying the at-fault party, you will also need to be able to prove “negligence.” In the most general sense, negligence refers to whether or not a person has acted outside of the scope of reasonable care to prevent injury or harm to another person. Speak with an attorney to determine what evidence is needed to prove that the party’s negligence directly resulted in the injury or property damage.

  • How much is my case worth?

Every case is different and to give a ballpark value could actually be counterproductive. Every case must be carefully assessed: there are many working parts in a personal injury matter and we would be happy to determine how those working parts can increase or diminish the potential value of your claim. Things like negligence, liability, injury severity, property damage, and more can all be relevant factors when determining the potential value.
